PARENT/FAMILY EVENT: Online COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Support Groups
Every Monday, 5:00pm – 6:30pm
Every Tuesday, 11:00am – 12:30pm & 5:00pm – 6:30pm
Every Wednesday (Spanish), 4:00pm – 5:30pm
Every Thursday, 12:00pm – 1:00pm & 5:00pm – 6:30pm
These social support groups offer a space for continued connection during these times of increased isolation. These are not psychotherapy groups, but the therapists facilitate the groups to offer structure and support.

Webinar: Caring for the Breastfeeding Dyad and Yourself During the COVID-19 Pandemic
Every Wednesday, 12:30pm – 1:30pm
This weekly webinar was created as a safe place for lactation professionals to gather. There will be a new speaker/topic each week to provide current information on guidelines and recommendations.

Community Engagement: Regional Taskforce for Best Start Region 2 (Compton/East Compton) – English Application
December 25 (Deadline to apply)
Best Start Region 2 is looking for residents who are interested in working on policy and systems changes to improve the lives of children and families through a new Regional Taskforce. Residents who take on this role will represent the voice of their community, highlighting local issues during monthly meetings.
