Dear Family Strengthening Network Teams,
We were thrilled to celebrate our Annual Summit on June 11, where we came together to celebrate you — the dedicated professionals who make up this incredible network. (Watch the event recap here.)
This year’s theme, “Stronger Together: Building Resilience & Staying Inspired in Family Support Work,” reflects the strength, unity, and shared purpose that drive our collective impact. Every day, you show what it means to stand together — supporting families, lifting one another, and staying inspired in the face of challenges.
Thank you to all who took a moment to share what keeps you inspired and motivated to do this work. (We shared this video during the event with all of your responses.)
Whether you’re a home visitor, nurse, outreach specialist, hospital liaison, manager, supervisor, or part of the data or administrative teams — your role is vital. Your work helps families thrive and builds a healthier, more resilient Los Angeles County for future generations.
This Summit was our way of saying thank you — for your commitment, your compassion, and your courage. You make a lasting difference, and we’re honored to celebrate you.
We also wanted to spotlight the strength we find in each other.
