  • BrightLife Kids offers free mental health support for families in California with young children (ages 0 to 12). Available in English, Spanish, Korean, Hindi, Farsi, Russian, and more.
  • Together for Wellness

Basic Needs Support
Grocery and Essentials Delivery Services

  • Bell Gardens Essentials Delivery Program
    This temporary program offers free essential deliveries to Bell Gardens residents who feel unsafe leaving their home. To register, call (562) 334-1777, Monday – Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm, or email: Delivery@bellgardens.org.
  • Comunidades Indigenas En Liderazgo (CIELO) is delivering food to Indigenous families it serves and those in the community who are afraid to go out for fear of being caught up in ICE raids. To see if you qualify for assistance, fill out their online contact form.
  • Raíces Con Voz is a grassroots organization in Boyle Heights that is providing grocery and essential items to those in the community who feel they are unable to leave their homes due to recent ICE activity. For assistance, send the group a direct message on Instagram.
  • World Harvest Charities and Family Services’ Cart With a Heart program is providing families who are sheltering in place with grocery carts full of fresh produce, protein, pantry supplies and more. For assistance, call (213) 746-2227.
  • La Puente Mutual Aid delivers essentials to community members without asking for a name or address of the person in need, for free. Email lapuentesdropbasket@proton.me with a code name, your neighborhood, a safe drop spot and items needed.
  • The El Monte Business Alliance is offering food assistance and baby products to those in need through their new program El Monte Cares. For help, call (800) 622-4302.
  • Immigo Immigration Services delivers necessary items to families in need. Call (818) 730-0140 for assistance.
Emergency Financial Services
  • Baldwin Park Emergency Relief Program is providing support to Baldwin Park residents facing financial hardship due to recent U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) activities. Please contact (626) 813-5245, ext. 564, for more information.

Hosting Workshops (Know Your Rights, Family Preparedness)
  • If your organization is interested in hosting a “Know Your Rights” webinar or in-person training for your community, fill out this form (L.A. County Office of Immigrant Affairs)
  • Public Counsel has a training program to guide families, and those working with them, on making a plan for possible separation, with a goal of avoiding state child welfare involvement and an eye toward each family’s unique long-term goal, whether that be reunification in their country of origin or the child remaining in the U.S. with a guardian. They have a training (virtual or in-person) for families and another for community service providers in the Los Angeles area.
