Celebrating a Great Year of Collaboration

As 2024 comes to a close, we reflect on and celebrate the many accomplishments we’ve achieved together. This year has been filled with so much growth and collaboration, and we want to thank you for your partnership and trust.

We’re proud to have expanded the support we provide our longstanding partners in the Family Strengthening Network, the largest home visiting network in the nation. We’re grateful for the opportunities we’ve had to collaborate with various organizations and experts on a range of perinatal health topics to offer new professional development opportunities to home visitors and others in the helping professions. One recent example: The L.A. County Perinatal and Early Childhood Home Visitation Consortium’s Immigrant Rights Webinar Series.

We’re also honored to continue working alongside many county leaders — like First 5 LA, L.A. County’s departments of Public Health and Public Social Services, and others — to elevate home visiting services offered to L.A. County’s youngest residents and their families. We’ve also enhanced our online directory of local home visiting programs to help families connect with these free services.
