First 5 LA recently posted this nice introduction to the Welcome Baby program, which is available at these 14 hospitals in L.A. County. Women can enroll in this free program prenatally or at the hospital when they deliver.

Funded by First 5 LA, Welcome Baby provides a personal parent coach and a nurse visit to help families give their kids the best start. Learn more about the Family Strengthening Network, which includes Welcome Baby and other free home visiting services.
